In the restaurant, we have an active exchange program with international guest chefs.
Just as the Rijksmuseum exchanges artworks with other museums, at RIJKS®, we exchange culinary knowledge and inspiration with guest chefs from around the world.
We always introduce our guest chefs to Dutch snacks and street food: fresh herring, warm stroopwafels, croquettes from Holtkamp, and blood sausage from the Surinamer at the Albert Cuyp market. And on lazy Sundays, even “kapsalon” is served. Well, that’s part of the Netherlands too.
